Typiquement, l\u2019enfant ne peut pas marcher sur une ligne (ou une poutre) sans risquer de perdre l\u2019\u00e9quilibre. Pieds joints, l\u2019enfant va avoir du mal \u00e0 maintenir la posture, ce qui peut \u00eatre major\u00e9 \u00e0 la fermeture des yeux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Marche&nbsp;: <\/em><\/strong>on la qualifie d\u2019\u00e9brieuse, car elle est peu assur\u00e9e et peut faire penser \u00e0 la marche de quelqu\u2019un en \u00e9tat alcoolis\u00e9. Les r\u00e9flexes rotuliens (au niveau des genoux), peuvent \u00eatre pendulaire, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019apr\u00e8s la percussion du tendon rotulien, la jambe se balance comme une pendule. L\u2019enfant a du mal \u00e0 maintenir une posture debout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Hyperm\u00e9trie&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong>: la personne a du mal \u00e0 viser si elle doit toucher son nez avec le bout de son doigt, on va observer un \u00ab&nbsp;crochetage&nbsp;\u00bb en fin de parcours. Chez un enfant, il peut avoir du mal \u00e0 amener la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 la bouche sans tout renverser. On peut aussi l\u2019observer dans la marche, le pied part plus loin que n\u00e9cessaire, il semble \u00ab&nbsp;jet\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb. Cela entraine une certaine lenteur ou une perte de timing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Dysarthrie c\u00e9r\u00e9belleuse&nbsp;:<\/em><\/strong> il s\u2019agit d\u2019une incoordination des diff\u00e9rents muscles int\u00e9ress\u00e9s dans la phonation. La parole est scand\u00e9e et explosive. On a du mal \u00e0 comprendre et l\u2019amplitude du ton est peu adapt\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Asynergie&nbsp;:<\/em><\/strong> les membres sont mal coordonn\u00e9s dans le temps, par exemple, un pied peut partir avant que l\u2019autre ne soit pos\u00e9, ce qui entraine des chutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tremblement d\u2019action ou intentionnel&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>On observe un tremblement des mains lorsque l\u2019enfant fait un effort de pr\u00e9cision en motricit\u00e9 fine. Il existe parfois un tremblement de tout le corps en position statique .&nbsp;On peut aussi observer la t\u00eate qui se balance l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nystagmus&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit de mouvements involontaires rythmiques des deux yeux.
